A water issue. We look for visible leaks, moisture and changes in areas included in your checklist.
A storm. We check accessible areas for visible damage and other concerns.
An unexpected interruption. We document visible signs of a possible power or system issue and contact you as agreed.
A delivery or service appointment. Arrange package collection or contractor access where available and agreed.
A visit cannot guarantee that every problem will be discovered or prevented. It does provide another opportunity for visible concerns to be noticed and communicated.

Before You Leave We establish your Property Profile, document key areas and confirm your instructions, access arrangements and emergency contacts. While You're Away We visit according to your agreed schedule, visually check key areas, document our observations and send your visit report. If We Notice a Concern We'll contact you, explain what we observed and provide relevant photographs when appropriate. If you authorize it, we can help coordinate a suitable contractor. Before You Return Arrange a welcome-home visit and any additional services you'd like completed before your arrival.
